It is simply not possible for me to put any LESS effort into being a friend!

The person that once wrote that statement on this very blog sent me an email this morning. You may know her as ME when commenting here. The reason for the email:

It’s finally here! The special my brother pitched to NBC is going to air next Monday 7/21. He wrote it as a reality show but NBC wanted to do it as news special first. Just as a reminder, it is about Tower Dogs – cell phone tower workers who perform what is currently classified as the most dangerous job in the country. Hopefully because of this and the subsequent reality show that is being talked about, my brother will never have to climb a tower again. Anyway, if you have a chance, take a peek or at least TiVo it. If none of that works, log on to Dateline and tell them how much you liked the show anyway! Me? I’ll be watching from NBC studios in Manhattan!!!

Now if we only knew someone who ran their own website….and was out of work……and had lots of free time…..and had no spousal obligations……and no significant other hanging over them…….then maybe, just maybe, that person could perhaps post a notice about the show on that website!  Wouldn’t that be awesome!?!?!?!
